Good morning, Napa.
🌲 Environment

The order applies to areas north of Summit Lakes Drive, parts of Ink Grade, and west of Pope Valley Road.
Two Napa residents say the FORT emergency wildfire shelter — a plan designed to offer safe space during wildfires — can save lives and help protect the community during crises.

Due to a shortage of rental housing in Napa, officials have banned developers from converting apartment complexes into condominiums until August 2026—an effort to maintain available rental units.
