- ➤ The City of Napa announced that playground improvements at Fuller Park—located at 560 Jefferson Street—will begin at the end of August and run until February as the project brings a unique playable public artwork called Leaves On A Line by local artist Daniel Wodarcyk and over 20 inclusive playground features shaped by community input.
