- ➤ Homeowners in Napa County can attend an info session at Napa City Hall (6:00-7:30 p.m.) on Thursday, April 30 to learn about forgivable loans up to $105,000 for building an affordable Accessory Dwelling Unit. The program will help expand flexible housing for income-qualified tenants. County of Napa
- ➤ The city of Napa is competing for first place in a national water conservation challenge and is asking residents to pledge participation by April 30 to boost local water efforts. Napa Valley Register
