program overview
Ready to turn colorful glass powders into wearable art? Skip the mass-produced accessories and craft something completely individual. Join us for a hands-on, beginner-friendly afternoon exploring cloisonné, which is the ancient art of creating brilliant jewelry using fine silver wire and vibrant glass enamel fused onto metal.
What you will do
• Design and Bend – Choose either a flower or a navette shape and add organic outlines using fine silver wires.
• Flow and Fill – Sift your base color and wet pack your design cells with a custom palette of powdered glass.
• Fire the Kiln – Watch your colors fuse into a vibrant, durable, gemstone-free jewel.
Why you will love it
• Zero experience needed – We pre-enamel the backs of the copper blanks ahead of time so you can dive straight into the fun, creative parts.
• Eco-friendly style – Discover how glass enamel replaces traditional mined gems for a sustainable pop of color.
• Finished piece – Leave with a custom pendant or charm, ready for gift-giving.
