About this event

Join me for 60 minutes of nourishing morning yoga in the beautiful open space at Keller Street Cowork. While I am here to offer a sequence of poses, this practice is yours to give your mind and body what it needs. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need (strap, block, bolster, blanket) and arrive a few minutes early to get situated. I have extra mats if you need.

All levels welcome!
