Roll out your mat for an expertly sequenced yoga class. Expect a continued build-up of postures as your body warms up throughout class. In this fun, lighthearted, and whole-body class you will be flowing to the beat of your breath and the music. The continuous movement will provide an aerobic workout. The postures and sequencing will also improve your strength and mobility. Class is lightly heated.
