About this event
Elevate 30 (E-30) is your quick midday yoga booster. This set-sequence class offers a condensed yet complete vinyasa practice, perfect for those juggling busy workdays or parenting schedules. E-30 combines strength, balance, and inner calm, providing a mini-retreat to recharge your day. Due to the brisk pace of E-30, we recommend having at least a foundational familiarity with yoga postures. This class will move quickly!
