About this event
The Bob Roden Quintet is a Berkeley-based jazz group playing accessible, mainstream jazz with swing, warmth, and easy rapport. Led by trombonist and vocalist Bob Roden, the band blends classic standards with unexpected selections and original arrangements.
The quintet performs regularly at restaurants, festivals, and community spaces throughout the East Bay, with multiple appearances in the long-running concert series at San Francisco’s Cadillac Hotel and at the Piedmont Jazz Festival.
