Join Marlene Cullen for a creative two-hour experience that brings writing and collage together. In the first hour, guided freewriting prompts invite you to explore memorable moments, stories, and experiences in a welcoming, supportive environment. In the second hour, transform those reflections into a visual expression using images, colors, and textures.

No writing or art experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Bring: A notebook and pen. Collage materials will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring a favorite poem, magazines, photographs, or other materials you’d like to incorporate.

Marlene Cullen is the founder of Writers Forum and creator of Jumpstart Writing Workshops. Through her website and blog, The Write Spot, she shares resources and inspiration to help writers discover and develop their voices.

The Write Spot anthologies edited by Marlene are collections of short stories, poems, and vignettes with prompts to encourage writing.
