Every first Thursday of the month, Resource Connect Solano will be at the library to help connect individuals & families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness with available housing and support services. No appointment needed, walk-ins encouraged. Services available: Housing Assessment and Referral Emergency Shelter Connections Rapid Re-Housing Resources Community Resource Navigation Supportive Services Information Who can access services?: Individuals experiencing homelessness Families experiencing homelessness Youth and young adults in need of housing support Individuals at risk of losing housing How it works: Meet with a community health outreach worker. Complete a housing assessment. Receive referrals based on your needs and eligibilities Connect with available housing and support resources.
