Scouting For Food - Door Hanger Drop-Off

About this event

Every year our scouts participate in the Scouting For Food service activity. It is the most prominent service activity of the year and involves all Cub Scout and Scouts BSA troops in the area. Every scout is expected to participate in either hanging door tags and/or picking up the food donations the following weekend.

Pack 85 typically covers the neighborhoods around Pleasant Valley Elementary. We usually meet at PV, then break off into groups to canvas the streets and help solicit donations. We return the following weekend to pick up bags and boxes of donated food to transport down to the SF-Marin Food Bank.
