About this event
Free for members and $15 for non members, open gym is a time to practice your skills or work on things you don't get to in class. With access to the foam pit and trampoline it's a great time to learn & practice flip progressions. There is always a coach present to help guide your practice. *Notes: On Mondays & Wednesdays the gym space is shared with a class for the first 30 mins of open gym. Some areas of the gym may not be available during that time. On Saturdays, parents of minors may be required to stay on site.
