About this event
In this intermediate yoga class you will explore fundamental and intermediate principles of a power vinyasa class - breath, alignment, and flowing breath to movement. The instructor will break down postures with lots of cues. Class will move a little bit faster than an EP1, but not as fast as an EP2. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yoga student - you will feel challenged and balanced in this class. Enjoy a nice sweat and a sweet savasana to close out practice.
