Join Energize Hot Yoga in this custom Inferno Hot Pilate's HIIT 45-minute workout! We get straight to the point with high intensity intervals, adding a little impact to up the bar. This is the perfect, quick, heart pumping workout you need to shake things up in the mornings. Bring your yoga mat and a large towel- these are required to take class. Locker rooms are open, bring your A game! Some classes will feature the use of blocks, bands and/ or weights.
