Join Sarah Klein and this wonderful Prince themed class as a tribute to one of the most iconic music influences to date. Energize Power Flow is the best combination of stretch and strength training for the body and mind. All poses and flows are beginner level, making it easy to follow and have fun. The music will be of the most classic hits from Prince giving everyone something to sing along to! Sign up ahead of time, make sure to bring a yoga mat and a large towel to practice with ; they are both required for class. Doors open 15 mins ahead of time- See you on the mat!
