About this event
We have some MAC members who can't deal with Bootcamp withdrawals. As a result, Ben is having a special Spin-Bootcamp Fusion class tomorrow that consists of a one hour workout. This class is different from MAC Express and CycleTone as he'll be mixing it up with intervals on the bike with exercises off the bike.
