About this event
Join us for the Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Festival in Downtown Novato on the first Saturday in December! This festive event transforms the streets into a holiday wonderland featuring live music performances, community dance shows, and plenty of activities for kids including art and craft projects and cookie decorating. Visitors can shop and stroll among artisan vendors along Grant Ave, while enjoying holiday cocktails, wine, and beer. Santa, arriving by fire truck at 5 PM with his elves in "Santa's Village," will be available to hear children's wishes and take photos. The official lighting of the enormous tree on the Civic Green will take place at 5:30 PM. This joyful celebration is free and perfect for all ages!
