About this event
In this introductory yoga class you will explore fundamental principles of a power vinyasa class - breath, alignment, and flowing breath to movement. The instructor will break down and cue the postures thoroughly and you will leave having a better understanding of the basics. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yoga student - everyone can feel comfortable in this class. We believe it is always beneficial to return to the foundations of your practice.
